Having over 13 years experience in the coaching industry, from coach driver up to Transport Manager with several reputable coach companies in Suffolk and Essex, Mark is now the owner of Navigator Coaches. Previous to coaching, he was a Navigating Officer in the Royal Fleet Auxiliary for 20 years. Hence the name of the company!
Having worked in a wide range of roles within the coaching industry, coupled with the naval career, Mark has an appreciation of what it takes to deliver the high standards necessary in customer service, cleanliness, presentation, and punctuality.
Mark says, I do not expect any of my team to undertake anything I would not be prepared to do myself and I expect my team to share the same values.
I want to deliver a service above and beyond our customers expectations and deliver an ethos where our passengers become our friends.
In his spare time Mark enjoys relaxing by the sea and family BBQs (weather permitting of course).
Roger Cripps has been driving coaches for over 47 years with various companies in East Anglia and London. He is very experienced in delivering quality tour and day excursions (both in the UK and across Europe) as well as providing Home to School transport.
Roger commented, I joined Navigator Coaches because I could see it was a company that was proud of the service it delivers, and I wanted to be part of this team. I enjoy the variety in the work we undertake, love meeting new people and providing them with a quality experience.
In Rogers spare time, he has a passion for all things engineering as well as a keen interest in Coaches and Coach Rallies.
